- Running of New Concealed Pipings and Wirings.

- Hacking/ Cutting of False Ceiling works.

- Make good of affected work areas (Ceiling & wall).

- Touch up with White Paint

- Additional Manpower

- Additional Protection For Lift Areas and work areas

- Working within Condo Permitted working hours

- Providing Details for Condo Permit to work application

General Warranty:

- 5 years on compressor.

- 1 year on other spare parts.

- 1 year full installation workmanship.

- Water leaking due to no servicing done; not covered.

Terms and Conditions:

- Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within 1 working days.

- The Customer or Customer's Authorized Person must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.

- Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.

- Material included in Standard Installation description.

- Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.

- No refunds allowed after installation.

- Dismantled units will be Commercestar’s property; return to owner will be chargeable at $50.00/FCU.

Additional applicable charges, if any:

- Additional piping exceeded 15m per fan coil.

- False ceiling, patch-up, and painting.

- Power point.

- 2nd trip installation.

- Stainless steel water tray.

- Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition.

- Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires Commercestar's approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the deposit or amount paid, and no compensation for consequential damages will be entertained.
