- All collection must be done within 7 working days.
- There will be no refund for all orders not collected beyond 7 working days.
- For self-collection, please bring along your Mobile to show the QR code, to be accessed from Lazada application. After our verification, customers must inspect the product and click "order received" on the spot as precious metal items (i.e Gold) are not returnable.

- Please note that precious metal items like gold and silver are not returnable or exchangeable, unless item received is different from item ordered.
- If item is found damaged, worn or in a non-resalable condition due to no fault of ours, Ngee Soon Jewellery has the rights to refuse an exchange/return.
- Ngee Soon Jewellery holds the right to decide in a fair manner what are the conditions that deems the item no longer valid for exchange/return.
- For exchange of wrong item, it must be done within 7 working days from the date of shipment.
